Belle Jour Sports Management’s football agent, Igwenjoku Ifeanyi Elegbua has backed the Super Falcons to beat the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco in the semi final of Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON 2022, Sportivation.com.ng reports.

The highly-respected football agent is confident that the Randy Waldrum-led side will make Nigerians proud by beating the host nation to qualify for the final of the competition.

“The Super Falcons have shown that they are the best team in Women’s football in Africa over the years and they have what it takes to win against Morocco to qualify for the final.

“The likes of Rasheedat Ajibade, Ifeoma Onumonu Ngozi Okobi and others will be too much to handle for the hosts nation, I don’t see them stopping us from making history”.

The Super Falcons are the most successful team in the history of the competition after winning nine editions.

Asisat Oshoala was ruled out of the competition after playing in the 2-1 loss to South Africa in the first match.

The former footballer who played the round-leather game for 16 years playing for the likes of Anambra Pillars, Crown FC amongst many others hailed the players for sticking together despite the absence of Asisat Oshoala.

“That is the level of quality in the team, Oshoala has been out since the first match but the team has been getting the job done, we have to give credit t them for the way they have recovered from the setback of losing against South Africa”.

Ifeanyi Elegbua’s Belle Jour Sports Management company manages numerous players playing in different countries.
