Ahead of the Champions League Semi-Final game between Liverpool and Villareal, Jurgen Klopp, the coach of the reds has said that the team will make life difficult for Villarreal when both sides meet on Wednesday.
Klopp also said his side wont take manager Unai Emery and his Villarreal team lightly ahead of the clash.
Villarreal defeated two European giants, Juventus and Bayern Munich, to reach this stage of the competition.
Even though Emery’s men are only seventh in the LaLiga table, the Liverpool boss believes the Spaniards are an excellent team perfectly suited for European football.
“Our job has to be that we make life as difficult as possible for them as well and that’s what we’ll try to do over these two legs.
“We face a very difficult opponent, that’s true. They are made for this competition, to be 100 per cent honest.
“Juve or maybe Bayern underestimated them, but these kinds of things never happened to us.
“Especially after the last four games there is no chance [of underestimating them] anymore, so this little advantage might have gone.”
